Rebolt is a versatile tool for creating custom forms to capture leads, gather feedback, and enhance user interactions. When integrated with Klaviyo, it becomes a powerhouse for collecting and utilizing customer data. Here’s how the integration works and why it’s beneficial:
Steps to Integrate Klaviyo to Rebolt:
Connect to Klaviyo
- Log in to your Rebolt account.
- Open either the form in which you have a need or create a new form if you hadn't already made one.
- Click on the Integrations tab.
- Go to Klaviyo from the list, then click on Actions.
- Click on Connect to proceed the integration.
- Enter Klaviyo Public Key and Click on Save
Note: A required email field must exist on the form to enable Klaviyo integration.
Steps to follow in Klaviyo
Once you connect Form with Klaviyo, whenever you get new submission it will be displayed in Klaviyo
View Response in Klaviyo
- Go to Analytics > Metrics > Search “Full Form Submission”
- Click on Full Form Submission
- Go to Activity Feed to view email id’s of the user who submitted the form.
How to Create a Flow in Klaviyo to Automate Emails
Step 1: Navigate to Flows
- Go to the “Flows” in your Klaviyo account.
- Click on “Create Flow”.
- Select “Build Your Own”.
- Add a name for your flow and click on “Create Flow”.
Step 2: Set a Trigger
- Go to Select a Trigger.
- Click on Your Metrics.
- Choose API.
- Select “Full Form Submission.”
- Click on Save.
Step 3: Add an Email
- From the left-hand panel, drag and drop an Email block below the trigger.
- Click on Setup Email.
- Fill in the following details: Email Name, Subject Line, Preview Text, and Sende Details. Then Click on Save.
- To use a ready-made template, click on Select Template.
- Alternatively, click on the three dots to: Create a Text-Only Email, or Create a Custom HTML Email.
Step 4: Add Dynamic Fields in the Form
- To include dynamic fields, go to Display and click on Add Content Repeat.
- In the Repeat For field, add: event.response.
- In the Item Alias field, add: field.
- Click on Save.
- Navigate to Styles > Source Code and insert the provided code.

- Click on Apply.
Step 5: Preview and Test
- Click on Preview & Test.
- On the right-hand side, navigate to Response.
